摘    要:
济南钢铁集团钢城矿业公司在应用溜井振动出矿工艺的实践中,不断探索和研究,对溜井结构进行了工艺改造,对振动出矿机进行了零缺陷、无维修技术改造,促进了振动机械在采矿业的应用和发展,逐步完善了溜井振动出矿工艺,解决了采矿生产中出现的各种问题和安全隐患。叙述了该公司对振动出矿工艺进行结构和机械改进设计的情况,说明了该项改造所取得的效果与经济效益。

Abstract:
Gangcheng Mining Co. Ltd has kept continuous exploration and study in its application practice of pass vibrating withdrawal technology. Technological transformation was made on the pass structure and on vibrating machine, aiming at zero defect and no maintenance. As a result, the application and development of vibrating machinary in mining industry have been promoted and the pass vibrating withdrawal of ore has been gradually perfected, solving the problems and eliminating hidden safety dangers in mining. The mechanical and structural design improvement of the vibrating technology made by the company and the efficiency and economical benefit achieved through the transformation are described.
