单一天然染料制备染料敏化太阳能电池

摘    要:目的研究天然染料敏化太阳能电池的光电性能并降低其生产成本,提高染料敏化太阳能电池的制作效率.方法采用一种有效的天然染料的提取与纯化方法,从不同种类的植物中提取了十一种天然染料,包括蔬菜、水果、茶叶等,组装成天然染料敏化太阳能电池,并检测其光电性能,最后对各个天然染料敏化太阳能电池的光电性能进行分析.本实验还采用了静电喷镀的技术,将染料喷镀到工作电极上,并将采用静电喷镀技术得到的结果与传统浸泡的方法相比较.结果采用蓝莓制备的染料作为光敏剂敏化的太阳能电池在所研究的十一种染料中表现出最好的光电性能,其光电转化效率达到1.11%.结论这种静电喷镀技术不仅提高了染料敏化太阳能电池的制作效率,从检测结果看,染料的吸光度也大大提高,为染料敏化太阳能电池光电转化效率的提高以及未来染料敏化太阳能电池的商业化发展奠定了基础.

Abstract:In order to improve photoelectric performance of natural dye-sensitized solar cell,reduce its manufacturing cost and enhance its production efficiency,performances of cells w ith different natural dyes w ere researched. The electrostatic spraying method w as used to spray the natural dyes onto the w orking electrodes. Firstly,eleven kinds of natural dyes w ere extracted from different kinds of plants,such as vegetables, fruits,tea etc. Then natural dye-sensitized solar cells w ere assembled w ith these natural dyes. It is show n that in eleven kinds of dyes,the photoelectric performance of sensitized solar cell prepared w ith blueberries is best,and its photoelectric conversion efficiency can be reached to 1. 11%. The results also show that using the electrostatic spraying method proposed in this paper,not only the production efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells,but also the absorbance of dyes can be increased greatly,which lays a good foundation for improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of dye-sensitized cell and the commercial development in the future.
