高铁酸盐去除炼油废水中COD的研究

摘    要:目的研究高铁酸盐对炼油废水的处理效果,确定适宜的pH值、高铁酸盐投加量、氧化反应时间等参数,分析高铁酸盐的稳定性.方法采用次氯酸盐氧化法制备高铁酸钠溶液,并用其试验处理含有高COD值的炼油废水.设计单因素试验,三因素分别为pH值、氧化反应时间、高铁酸盐投加量.而后通过正交试验确定最佳的处理条件.结果高铁酸盐对炼油废水的COD去除率达到50%以上,正交试验结果显示处理最佳条件为:初始pH值为9.0,氧化反应时间30 min,高铁酸盐投加量5.00 mmol·L-1.制备高铁酸钠的一个试验条件为:70.0 mL的次氯酸钠、50.0 g氢氧化钠、18.75 g的硝酸铁固体,所制备的高铁酸钠浓度可达到0.027 mol·L-1.结论高铁酸盐对炼油废水有很好的氧化混凝作用,可应用于水处理工艺的预处理单元.

Abstract:This paper is to stady treatment effect of ferrate on refinery wastewater;to determine the appropriate pH value,ferrate dosage,reaction time and other parameters,and analyze the stability of ferrate. The hypochlorite oxidation method w as used to prepare sodium ferrate solution,w hich w as used to treat refinery w astew ater containing high COD. The single factor experiment w as desighed. Three factors are pH value,reaction time,and ferrate dosage. The optimum treatment condition w as determined by orthogonal experiment. The removal efficiency of COD in refinery w astew ater by ferrate reached more than 50%. The orthogonal experiment show s that the optimum treatment conditions is:the beginning pH value is 9. 0,the oxidation reaction time is 30 min,the dosage of ferrate is 5. 00 mmol·L- 1. The conditions of sodium ferrate preparation is:the sodium hypochlorite is 70. 00 mL,the sodium hydroxide is 50. 0 g,and the ferric nitrate is 18. 75 g, the prepared concentration of sodium ferrate solution could be 0. 027 mol·L- 1. Ferrate has a good function of oxidation and coagulation on refinery w astew ater treatment,it could be used for w ater treatment process of pretreatment unit.
