摘    要:通过对超短期负荷预测理论的分析和研究,提出了基于超短期负荷预测技术电压无功控制策略.此控制策略以预测的电压、无功变化趋势作为电压控制的重要参考量,减小了有载调压变压器分接头调整次数,消除了投切震荡现象,提高了调整及投切的一次设备的使用寿命.

Abstract:Based on the theoretical study and analysis of super short time load forecasting,this paper proposed voltage and reactive power control strategy based on super short time forecasting.The control strategy takes the forecasted voltage and change trend of reactive power as the reference.The adjustment times of transformers with load tap changers are reduced,this caused by switching is eliminated and service life of the equipments are increased.
