我国云母分选技术现状及其在砂石行业中的应用前景

摘    要:砂石原料中常含有云母,砂石骨料对云母的含量有严格规定。介绍了我国云母分选技术现状和研究进展,并结合其各项技术特点,初步分析了云母分选在砂石行业中的应用前景。分析结果表明,破碎筛分分选、摇床重选、磁选和风选等物理分选方法有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:The raw sand and gravel materials often contain mica,and the mica content is strictly limited in gravel aggregate in Chinese specifications.The status quo and research progress of mica separation technology in China are introduced,and combined with the technical characteristics of various separation technology,the application prospects of various mica separation technologies in gravel processing systems are analyzed.The analysis results show that the physical sorting methods such as crushing and screening,gravity concentration by shaking table,magnetic separation and wind selection have good application prospect.
