摘    要:通常,水平井洗井冲砂采用反循环作业工艺,使用井口密封装置封闭钻具与井壁的环空。胶芯作为井口密封装置的核心部件,一旦密封失效,将导致整体作业失败。研制一种新型井口密封装置,分析胶芯在几种典型工作状态下的受力与变形规律,开展胶芯密封机理研究。利用有限元法对胶芯关键尺寸进行优化设计,并进行测试研究,对于提高密封装置的使用性能及寿命具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:Reverse circulation operation is often adopted for horizontal well washing and sand washing. The wellhead sealing device seals the annulus between the drilling tool and the wellhead wall. As the core component of the wellhead sealing device, the rubber core will cause the overall operation to fail once the seal fails. A new type of wellhead sealing device has been developed. The force and deformation laws of the rubber core under several typical working conditions have been analyzed, and the sealing mechanism of the rubber core has been studied. The key dimensions of the rubber core have been optimized by finite element design. It has important guiding significance for improving the performance and life of the sealing device.
