超低氯化汞/掺氮活性炭复合材料的制备及其催化性能研究

摘    要:以乙二胺为氮源,通过热处理制备氮掺杂的活性炭(NAC)。以NAC为载体、HgCl_2为活性组分采用超声辅助等体积浸渍法制备超低氯化汞/氮掺杂活性炭(HgCl_2/NAC)催化剂。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、粒度分析、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和N_2吸附脱附对材料的官能团、粒径、组成元素和孔结构等进行表征,并考察复合材料对乙炔氢氯化反应的催化性能。结果表明,超声处理10 min后的HgCl_2溶液粒径最佳(平均粒径为95.5 nm);HgCl_2/NAC催化剂的催化性能良好,在反应1000 h后,催化活性仍保持在78%以上,反应的总体温度稳定在136℃左右。

Abstract:Nitrogen-doped activated carbon(NAC)was prepared by thermal treatment with ethylenediamine as nitrogen source,and then the ultra-low mercury/N-doped activated carbon(HgCl 2/NAC)catalyst was fabricated through ultrasonic-assisted equal volume impregnation method with HgCl 2 as the active component and NAC as the carrier,respectively.The functional groups,particle size,elemental composition and porous structure of materials were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),laser particle size analyzer,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and N 2 adsorption-desorption,while the catalytic performance of composites on acetylene hydrochlorination was investigated.The results show that the optimum pore size of HgCl 2 solution is 95.5 nm after sonicating 10 min.HgCl 2/NAC catalyst exhibits good catalytic activity(78%of acetylene conversion)after 1000 h reaction and the reaction temperature is stable at 136℃.
