完井生产滑套开关性能评价指标及试验研究

摘    要:提出了评价完井生产滑套开关性能的2个主要技术指标,即最大开关力、震击开关次数。建立了该滑套弹性爪结构的最大开关力、出槽后滑动摩擦力理论求解模型。采用ANSYS静力学仿真分析方法对理论求解结果进行验证,证明理论求解模型的正确性及在工程应用中的适应性。建立该滑套震击开关次数理论求解模型,并以此模型设计制造了1套滑套震击开关测试装置,通过测试结果验证所建立的滑套震击开关次数理论求解模型的适用性。

Abstract:Two main technical indicators for evaluating the performance of the sliding sleeve switch in well completion production are put forward, namely, the maximum collet spike force, jar switching times. The theoretical solution model for the maximum collet spike force and sliding shifting force of the sliding sleeve collet fingers was established and verified by the ANSYS statics simulation analysis of the collet fingers. The consistency indicates the correctness of the theoretical solution model and the adaptability to engineering applications. A theoretical solution model for sliding sleeve jar switch times was established, and the sliding sleeve shock switch test equipment was designed and manufactured based on the model, and the applicability of the established theoretical model was verified by combining the test results of the sliding sleeve jar switch.
