基于磁敏元件的寄生式时栅传感器仿真分析

摘    要:传统寄生式时栅位移传感器采用线圈传输电信号,不能保证线圈本身及绕线质量,导致寄生式时栅位移传感器体积大、灵敏度低、功耗大。根据寄生式时栅位移传感器的工作原理,选择一种基于磁敏元件代替绕制线圈的方法。用ANSOFT/Maxwell对磁钢和磁敏元件的气隙磁场、磁敏元件与被测齿轮之间的距离、磁钢大小和形状进行仿真,比较分析可知3mm×3mm×2mm的长方体磁钢在气隙为3mm的情况下能够满足磁敏元件的工作要求。

Abstract:The traditional parasitic time-grating displacement sensor adopts coil to transmit electric signal,but it not only has large volume,low sensitivity but also high power consumption due to the coil and the winding quality can't be guaranteed.According to the working principle of the parasitic time-grating displacement sensor,a new method based on magnetic sensor instead of winding coil is selected.The experiment is conducted by simulation with ANSOFT/Maxwell,includes the air gap magnetic field of permanent magnet and magnetic sensors,the distance between the magnetic sensors and the measured magnetic gear,the size and shape of magnetic steel.The comparative analysis shows that 3mm×3mm×2mm cuboid magnetic steel can meet the work requirement of magnetic sensitive element in the case of the air gap is 3mm.
