摘    要:以分流叶轮为例,基于VERICUT软件提出了恒体积去除率和恒切削厚度的优化方式。试验证明该优化方法效果明显,极大提高了加工效率。

Abstract:Taking the impeller with splitter blades as an example,two optimization methods using constant material removal rate and the constant cutting thickness based on the VERICUT software were presented.The experiments show that the optimization methods are effective in greatly increasing the machining efficiency.
