工程耐磨构件表面织构及摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:
表面织构是利用特定的加工方法在构件的摩擦表面加工出一定尺寸和排列的微小阵列,可有效改善表面润滑状态,降低摩擦系数,减少磨损量和表面温升。分析了不同工程耐磨构件表面织构的类型和加工方法以及表面织构对构件表面摩擦学性能的影响,提出了工程耐磨构件表面织构研究的方向。

Abstract:
Surface texture is a certain size and arrangement small array which use a particular processing method in friction surface.Surface texture can effectively improve the surface lubricity status,reducing the coefficient of friction and reduce wear.Summarized the surface texture''s types,processing methods of different wear members;and the effect of tribological properties on members'' surface,then proposed the surface texture''s further work of engineering wear members.
