螺旋锥齿轮齿面拓扑误差评定软件包的开发

摘    要:建立了螺旋锥齿轮的理论齿面模型,从理论上分析了螺旋锥齿轮整体误差的形成原因及其分离方法,把螺旋锥齿轮齿面拓扑误差分解为三种整体形状误差:零阶、一阶和二阶误差.提出了差曲面和最小二乘法相结合的方法,提取了螺旋锥齿轮齿面拓扑误差的特征参数.用VC 6.0和Matlab两种语言相结合,开发了螺旋锥齿轮齿面拓扑误差评定软件包.该软件包可以绘制出大小齿轮的理论齿面和差曲面,利用得到的差曲面可迅速地计算出各阶误差的特征参数值,实现了对齿面拓扑误差的定量评定.

Abstract:The theoretical tooth surface model of spiral bevel gears was built,and the causes of global form error and the error separation method were analyzed theoretically.The tooth surface topographic deviations of the spiral bevel gear was separated into three globe form deviations,that is,the 0th,the 1st,and the 2nd order form deviation.Difference surface in combination with the least square method was proposed and the diagnostic parameters of tooth surface topographic deviation were derived.A software of tooth surface topographic deviation evaluation for the spiral bevel gear was developed with VC 6.0 in combination with Matlab.The theoretical tooth surface and difference surface of the gearwheel and pinion can be drawn by the software,and the diagnostic parameters of each order form deviation can be computed rapidly according to the derived difference surface, which leads to evaluate the tooth surface topographic deviation quantificationally.
