一水硬铝石强化溶出工艺技术改造

摘    要:
分析了新蒸汽直接加热压煮溶出技术存在的问题,提出了强化溶出工艺技术改造的思路,并进行了工业实践。结果表明:通过技术改造大大提升了高压新蒸汽直接加热溶出技术水平,大幅度降低了拜耳法生产氧化铝的能耗,技术经济指标明显优化,使压煮溶出工艺获得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:
The paper analyses some problems which exist in the direct autoclave digestion technology with fresh vapor,puts forward ideas of technical reform and puts them into industrial practice.The results show that the technical reform can improve greatly technical standard of the direct autoclave digestion with fresh vapor,reduce the energy consumption by a big margin,and optimize technical economic targets clearly,and gain much better economic benefit.It presents broad development prospects,and initiates a unique and effective method of improving our alumina production and technology standard.
