一水硬铝石型铝土矿选择性分级研究

摘    要:分析了铝土矿选矿脱硅工业试验流程中磨矿分级回路和磨浮回路,认为流程中存在粗粒一水硬铝石单体和富连生体的过磨且中矿循环量偏大。用一水硬铝石型铝土矿在旋流浮选系统中进行了旋流浮选和分级试验对比。由试验结果可见,与分级作业相比旋流浮选作业可缓解单体和富连生体的过磨问题,减少进入浮选过程的贫连生体,实现一水硬铝石型铝土矿的选择性分级,提出了“选择性分级—常规浮选”铝土矿选矿脱硅的新技术思路。

STUDY ON SELECTIVE CLASSIFICATION OF DIASPORE TYPE BAUXITE

Abstract:Analysed the grinding - classification circuit and grinding - flotation circuit of the desilication process of bauxite, there exist overgrindings of coarse single and locked diaspore particles and recyclings of lots of middlings in the flowsheet. Making use of the diaspore type bauxite, the cyclone flotation and classification test had been carried in the system of cyclone flotation. The resultes obtained show that compared to classification, cyclone flotation can be applicated to solve the overgrinding of single and locked diaspore and to reduce the quantity of barren locked diaspore that will be entrapped to flotation operation, and can be employed in the selective classification of diaspore type bauxite. The technique thought of "selective classification-flotation" is put forward.
