| Abstract: | Salt core Al alloy piston and the new way of shaping cooling channel with water soluble salt core are introduced.Compared with traditional ways,this method is not used cohere dose.Salt core can tolerate high temperature,and be washed easily.High precision of form and dimension,without salt remained,the channel is clear and smoothly. |
