典型区县综合能源服务实施路径比较分析

摘    要:能源环境问题的凸显、用户用能需求的变化以及“互联网+”、储能等关键技术的突破,极大地推动了综合能源服务的发展。目前,鲜有针对区县级综合能源服务实施路径的研究。提出一种基于TOPSIS模型的区县分类方法,形成6类典型区县,针对每一类型区县制定开展综合能源服务的实施路径。以江苏省96区县作为研究对象,并选取宝应县、江阴市、扬中市、玄武区、吴中区、铜山区6个区县作为代表区县进行实例分析,结果表明∶该方法具有通用性,对不同类型区县开展综合能源服务业务具有指导意义。

Abstract:In recent years, integrated energy services have been greatly improved as the result of the prominence of energy and environmental problems, changes in user energy demand, and breakthroughs in key technologies such as "Internet plus" and energy storage. Quite a few works can be found on integrated energy systems and integrated energy services. However, little of them has focused on the district-level. In this paper, a typical district classification method based on TOPSIS model was proposed, which divided districts and counties into six types. According to the characteristics of districts and counties types, implementation routes of integrated energy services were planned. The proposed methods were applied in the case studies of several typical counties, including Baoying, Jiangyin, Yangzhong, Xuanwu, Wuzhong and Tongshan.
