摘    要:介绍了芳烃歧化装置应用软测量和先进控制技术的情况.从机理出发,建立了芳烃歧化反应过程宏观反应热软测量模型和反应-分馏系统状态空间模型,应用预测控制策略,建立了先进控制系统,使装置运行平稳性得到了改善.

Abstract:The application of soft sensor and advanced process control technology in aromatics disproportionation unit is introduced. By analyzing the mechanism of the unit, soft sensor model of reaction heat and state space model of reactor and fractionator system have been established. By using the predictive control strategy, the advanced process control system has been applied in the unit and the operating stability has been improved.
