高炉风口小套软水密闭循环设计分析

摘    要:通过对高炉风口小套不同循环水冷却工艺流程、特点及其经济效益进行比较,建议采用高炉风口小套单独软水密闭循环冷却工艺,这对钢铁厂节水节电,降低运行费用,提高经济效益和节约成本具有重要意义。

Abstract:The technological process, characteristics and economic benefits of different circulating water of blast furnace tuyere small sleeve were compared. It was suggested that an individual cooling process of soft water closed circulating blast of furnace tuyere small sleeve should be adopted. It was of great significance for water saving and power saving in an iron and steel works, reducing running cost, increasing economic benefit and cost saving.
