摘    要:大规模具有随机性、波动性和反调峰特性的风电接入电力系统后,给电力系统的运行调度带来了很大的挑战。抽水蓄能电站具有快速启动带负荷、调峰能力强等良好的运行特性,让抽水蓄能电站配合风电出力将有利于降低风电并网对电力系统的影响,提高风电利用率及电力系统运行的技术经济性。以最大化风蓄联合运行的调峰效益及电量效益为目标建立了风蓄联合运行优化模型,并研究了求解所建立的多目标优化模型的启发式算法。通过算例验证了所建模型及方法的有效性及实用性。

Abstract:Large-scale wind power integration constitutes great challenges for the power system operation and dispatching,due to the stochastic,volatile and peak-reversal nature of wind power.Pumped hydro storage station is superior in the operating characteristics,such as quick start with load,high peaking capacity,and so on.So the combination with pumped storage is conducive to reducing the impacts of large-scale wind power integrated on the power system,and enhancing the utilization of wind power and boosting the economy and technology of system operation.This paper establishes an optimization model for wind-storage combined operation,aiming at the maximum peak shaving and capacity benefits,and a heuristic algorithm is studied to solve this multi-objective optimization model.Finally,a calculation example is illustrated to verify the efficiency and practicality of the model and algorithm described.
