| 摘 要： | 将普通片状石墨粉末经过氧化处理后,先进行化学镀铜再进行化学镀银。给出了各工艺的规范,分析了各工艺的影响因素,测试了镀层性能。结果表明,添加了银包石墨粉末的硅橡胶,其体积电阻率为2.0×10–4Ω·cm,在低频区的屏蔽效能为75dB,是一种良好的电磁屏蔽导电填料。
