家用净水机漏水问题的分析与研究

摘    要:家用净水机漏水问题日益成为净水机产品的一大用户痛点,一旦漏水将带来巨大的财产损失,影响用户使用满意度。本文采用ANSYS软件分析技术、TRIZ方法、可靠性工程中固有测试性方法等,研究一体化集成水路板方案及漏水自动检测并阻断方案,通过减少净水机漏水隐患点,解决传统净水机零部件装配复杂、管路数量多、售后维修漏插管及插管不到位等易导致漏水的问题,并保证整机安装后从水系统源头进行漏水故障检测及隔离,提供了家用净水机漏水问题的解决方案。

Analysis and Research on Water Leakage of Household Water Purifier
Abstract:Household water purifier leakage problem has increasingly become a major user pain point of water purifier products,once water leakage will bring huge property losses,affecting user satisfaction.In this paper,ANSYS software analysis technology,TRIZ Method and inherent testability method in reliability engineering are used to study the integrated integrated water circuit board scheme and the scheme of automatic detection and blocking of water leakage.By reducing the hidden points of water purifier,it can solve the problems of complex assembly of traditional water purifier parts,large number of pipelines,leakage of after-sales maintenance and insufficient intubation,etc.,which are easy to cause water leakage after the whole machine is installed,the water leakage fault detection and isolation are carried out from the source of the water system,and the solution to the water leakage problem of the household water purifier is provided.
