| Abstract: | Modern techniques of computer,automatic control,communication and IC cards have been applied to residential home and districts to provide the living surroundings with security,comfortability, convenience, energy-saving,persistent development,etc.The cost performance of its intelligent system can be enhanced as highly as possible.According to the current situation and developing trend of the system, its functions and components are presented to provide directions for development of novel products and optimizing design using forthcoming equipments. |
