基于装备试验的基地化训练基本问题研究

摘    要:武器装备的技术含量越来越高,结构越来越复杂,对装备使用和保障的要求也随之增高。发挥试验训练基地优势为作战部队训练服务,成为我军新的发展方向。将基于试验训练基地装备试验的作战部队训练,作为一种新的基地化训练模式进行研究。在介绍有关概念的基础上,从4个方面分析了该训练模式的必要性,又从3个方面分析了其可行性。最后得出结论:开展基于装备试验的基地化训练,既可提高作战部队装备训练水平,同时又极大的提升了试验训练基地的科研试验综合能力。

Abstract:Technologies in weapon equipment become increasingly profound,and their structures are more complicated,thus the demand for equipment usage and maintenance also increase.Under this condition,utilizing the advantages of testing training base to serve for the training of battle army is a new trend of our army.The battle army training based on equipment testing in testing training base,as a new base-training model,is researched.The necessity of this model is analyzed in four aspects upon the concepts introduced firstly,and the practicability is also analyzed in three aspects.The conclusion is: to develop base-training based on equipment testing improves the equipment training level of battle army,and it also improves general capability of research test for testing training base.
