| Abstract: | Adopting the techniques of bitbus and distributed
control,the author managed to develop a computer control system to be used in the process of
malt saccharification for making beer.The paper also describes in particular the technological
requirments of the saccharification process,the bitbus control principle,the control system scheme
and the design of hardware and software. |
