钢筋混凝土桥梁裂缝调查及抗裂措施研究

摘    要:由调查的钢筋混凝土桥梁发现,现有的桥梁混凝土基本上都有不同程度的开裂现象。近年来,上海建成了大量桥梁、高架道路和轨道交通,因此有必要提出钢筋混凝土防裂措施。试验结果表明:在混凝土中掺加一定量合成纤维可以使水泥砂浆或混凝土减裂95%以上,并可以提高混凝土的抗冻融循环能力,其中改性聚丙烯纤维效果最佳。

Abstract:The analysis of corrosive concrete from bridge in Shanghai district shows that most bridge concrete cracked. In recent years, lots of bridges, viaducts and light rail transits have been built in Shanghai. The study of the technical measures against the cracking of concrete will undoubtedly become an imperative issue. The results show that the plastic shrinkage added into cement mortar can enhance the freezing and thawing resistance of concrete. The effecting of the modified fiber is the best.
