摘    要:阐述了1000 MW超临界直流锅炉机组在启动调试运行期间硅化物的来源与危害,提出洗硅的有效方法和措施。实践验证,这些方法和措施可使蒸汽硅尽早达标,利于机组安全稳定运行。

Abstract:This paper expounds the source and harm of silicide from 1 000 MW supercritical once-through boiler during test run and proposes effective measurements for silicon cleaning.Practice proves that these measurements ensure the silicon in steam up to standard which is beneficial to safe and stable running.
