| 摘 要： | 为解决二极管箝位型(NPc)三电平逆变器中点电压平衡问题,文中详细介绍了三电平逆变器空间矢量调制算法的基本原理,从空间矢量控制的角度分析了中点电压波动的基本规律,提出了一种有效抑制中点电压波动的算法。该算法依照中点电荷守恒原理,通过检测输出三相电流和中点电压波动值,推导出用于精确调节中点电压小矢量冗余开关状态的分配因子表达式。仿真结果验证了该方法的可行性和精确性。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the neutral voltage balance problem of neutral-pointclamped（NPC） three-lever inverter,the basic principle of space vector pulse width modulation（SVPWM） for three-lever inverter is described in detail,the basic rules of neutral voltage fluctuation is analyzed based on the space vector control,and an algorithm which can effectively restrain the neutral voltage fluctuation is proposed.According to the charge conservation,through detecting the output three-phase alternating current and neutral voltage,the formula is deduced for the distribution factor of small vector＇s redundant states which is used for accurately adjusting the neutral voltage.The feasibility and availability of the algorithm is verified by the simulation results. |
