In this paper a synthetic system for sub-station management information system and real-timemonitoring is introduced,and the way to coordinatethe monitoring and the management information is ex-pounded.The architecture of hardware,the design ofsoftware,the technical feature and function of themonitoring part of the system is presented.In addi-tion,the way to solve the problems which occur in thepractice is given.
