PLC与变频器的RS-485串行通信控制

摘    要:基于RS-485串行通信技术,研究了利用欧姆龙CP1H可编程控制器和三菱FR-E540变频器的串行通信功能,搭建变频调速控制系统,实现可编程控制器对变频器的上位控制。介绍了控制系统中串行通信协议的写法,硬件的设置,并给出了变频调速编程的实例。实验证明利用RS-485通信协议搭建的控制系统具有接线简单,控制精度高,抗干扰能力强的优点。
