摘    要:基于国家标准,利用Delphi 7.0开发工具,采用模块化方法进行程序设计,以Firebird作为后台数据库,研发了一套注重用户参与、突出科学实用、简单明确的雷电灾害风险评估管理软件。从功能设计、结构设计和实现、雷击大地密度的软件算法、数据库设计4个方面详细介绍了该软件。

Abstract:Based on national standards, the lightning disaster risk assessment management software was developed, which used Delphi 7. 0 and the modular approach to program design by using Firebird database as a background. The lightning disaster risk assessment management software is focusing on the user participation, scientific and practical, simple and clear. The function design, structure design and realization, lightning density software algorithm, and the database design are four aspects of the software in detail.
