高校班主任绩效考核评估模型研究

摘    要:高校班主任是高校思想政治教育工作的主要力量,对其工作绩效进行科学评价,合理奖惩具有重要意义。通过提出一种改进的基于两两比对法的准则关系模型,从而更加精确地确定准则间的相互关系。此外,基于数学回归模型,建立因素与准则间的映射,以此来充分挖掘考核人员在准则评测中针对各因素关注的倾向性,以此提高考核人员对各准则的评测精度,最终确保高校班主任绩效考核评估的科学、合理、公平、公正。

Abstract:College class adviser is one of main forces to carry out ideological and political education for college students. The system of scientific evaluation and reasonable rewards-and-punishment for college class advisers' performance is of great significance. For the purpose of determining the correlation between evaluation criterions more accurately, an improved relation model based on pair-wise comparison among criterions is proposed. In addition, with the application of mathematical regression model, the mapping between evaluation criterion and factors is built to find the examiner's preferences among all kinds of factors. This will be highly helpful for enhancing the precision of evaluation to guarantee a scientific, rational and impartial evaluation on college class advisers' performance.
