重冰区线路的OPGW光缆设计及应用

摘    要:目前正在进行全面研究的跨区域、远距离传输的特/超高压输电线路必然经过多个气象区,因此,研究输电线覆冰问题是关键技术之一。为了使OPGW光缆在重冰区线路上稳定可靠应用,电力用户、设计院及OPGW制造企业对此非常关注,并进行了广泛的研究。文章通过介绍影响OPGW覆冰的因素和覆冰对OPGW的危害,详细阐述了重冰区的OPGW线路设计、防振设计和OPGW结构设计,认为全铝包钢层绞松套不锈钢管式OPGW是非常适用于重冰区线路的,并特别阐述了应用于重冰区的OPGW需要进行的特种试验。

Abstract:The trans-regional and long-distance extra/ultra high voltage transmission line will certainly cross many meteorology areas, so it is one of the key techniques to solve the heavy icing problem for power line. For a stable and reliable use of OPGW in the heavy ice areas, the power consumers, design institutes and OPGW manufacturers are paying much attention to it and are carrying through extensive research. This paper introduces the causes of icing and its damage to OPGW, describes the design of the OPGW transmission line, the design of anti-vibration, as well as the design of structure in detail. It points out that all aluminum cladding steel-reinforced stranded conductor loose stainless steel tube type OPGW is very suitable to use in the heavy ice areas, and special tests for the OPGW applied in the heavy ice areas are discussed.
