对氯甲苯合成的实验研究

摘    要:采用在溶剂中间接氯化的方法合成对氯甲苯。研究了氯化过程中溶剂、催化剂、氯化温度及氯化时间等因素的影响,并优化了氯化工艺。结果得到氯化反应后甲苯转化率达到85%-94%,氯化产物中对位/(对位十邻位)收率可达到95%以上。

Abstract:The indirect chlorination of getting PCT in solvent is applied. The suitable solvent and catalyst, the influence of heating temperature and reacting time have been investigated, and the chlorinationtechnology has been improved. The results are that the conversion rate of toluene reaches 85%-94% andACT in products can be more than 95%.
