| 摘 要： | 阐述了造价控制以设计阶段为重点的理论意义,并从四个方面分析了在设计阶段进行工程造价控制的主要原因,提出了实现设计阶段控制造价的具体方法,指出应加强对设计的审查,准确编制概、预算,引入竞争机制,实行设计招标,推行限额设计,以使工程造价控制在合理的范围内。

| Abstract: | The theoretical meanings of cost control focus on design stage are elaborated.At the same time from four aspects the necessity to carry out cost control in design stage is analyzed.In addition practical measures are proposed to realize cost control in design stage.Author points out that the audit of design should be strengthened as well as correct preparation of budget estimate,introduction of competition mechanism and carrying out cost limited design to realize reasonable control of engineering cost. |
