湿法脱硫系统的优化与运行经济性问题

摘    要:到2008年底,我国火电厂脱硫装机容量已经超过3.79亿kW,大部分脱硫装置的运行电耗约占厂用电的1%,从全国来说,脱硫装置全年的耗电是相当可观的。根据脱硫运行成本核算,影响湿法脱硫运行成本的主要因素是投资折旧、脱硫剂的原料费用和运行电费,这3项费用约占脱硫运行成本的90%及以上,其中运行电费占脱硫运行成本的60%以上。因此,为了减少今后脱硫系统运行电耗,必须在方案阶段就要对脱硫系统进行优化和合理地配置设备。试从湿法脱硫工艺系统的优化和设备选择的优化,来讨论如何实现脱硫系统运行的节电问题。

Abstract:The installed capacity of thermal power plant with desulphurization system has been more than 379 million kilowatts by the end of 2008 in China.The consumption of the operation of most desulphurization units accounts for more than 1% of plant electric consumption.Three factors affect the operating cost of wet flue gas desulphurization: investment depreciation,desulfurizer and operating electricity cost.All the costs account for more than 90% of the total operating cost,and the operation cost accounts for more than 60%.This paper discusses the methods for the achievement of the optimization of the desulphurization system and the selection of the equipments.
