江西纸业地块为原江西纸业股份有限公司厂址，位于南昌市八一大桥至赣江大桥的中间地段，属于赣江南岸。项目地块周边大多为一些低矮的老城区居民区。

The site of Jiangxi paper induStry is the factory site of the former Jiangxi Paper Industry Limited, locating at the middle part between Ba Yi Bddge and Gan Jiang Bridge, belonging to the south bank of Gan Jiang River. Most old residential quarters surrounded the sffe are low buildings. The total area of the site is 400000m^2, and the building area is about 1010000m^2 The functions of the area include residences, commercial areas, hotels and SOHO.
