塔河劣质稠油生产90A高等级道路沥青装置改造及应用

中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司2号常减压-焦化装置,加工原油为塔河劣质稠油,其中减压渣油是塔河道路沥青产品的主要调合原料,随着塔河原油性质劣质化程度不断加剧,其减压渣油沥青质含量逐渐升高、闪点逐步降低,沥青产品质量也逐步下降,越来越难以满足生产高等级沥青产品的需要。而影响沥青产品质量提升的主要因素是减渣闪点提不上去,以及减渣蜡含量较高的问题,因此,该公司从优化减压装置进料,提高减压塔的分离精度,使焦化蜡油和重循环油得到合理利用的思路,对2号常减压-焦化装置进行沥青适应性改造,并组织实际生产调试,最终生产出了合格的90A高等级道路沥青产品。

Improvement and Application of Device Produced 90A High Grade Road Asphalt by Tahe Inferior Heavy Oil

The No. 2 atmospheric and vacuum -coking device in Sinopec Tahe Refining ＆ Chemical company processes Tahe inferior heavy oil, vacuum residue is the main blending raw material of Tahe road asphalt products. With Tahe crude oil deterioration degree increasing graduaUy, the content of vacuum residue asphaltene increased, flash point lowered, the quality of asphalt product also decreased, more and more difficult to meet the need of producing high grade asphalt products. The main factors that influenced the quality improvement of asphalt product was the flash point of vacuum residue didn＇t put up, and the content of vacuum residue wax was higher, therefore, the company optimized feed of pressure relief devices, improved the separation precision of vacuum tower, the coker gas oil and heavy cycle oil got rational use, carried out asphalt adaptability impcovment of No. 2 atmospheric and vacuum - coking divice, organized the actual producing and debugging, and finally produced qualified 90A high grade road asphalt products.
