基于遗传算法的广义T-S模糊模型预测函数控制

摘    要:
提出了一种基于遗传算法的广义T-S模糊模型预测函数控制算法。首先利用减法聚类确定隶属度函数中心和模糊规则数,然后利用遗传算法同时对广义T-S模型的其他前提参数和结论参数进行辨识,并进行全局寻优。最后将本文提出的算法应用在具有强非线性特性的pH中和过程中。仿真结果表明:本文算法具有较小的超调和较好的跟踪能力。

Abstract:
Generalized T-S fuzzy model predictive functional control based on genetic algorithm was given.Firstly,the center of fuzzy membership functions and the number of fuzzy rules were chosen by subtraction clustering.Secondly,the other premise parameters and the conclusion parameters of generalized T-S model fuzzy were identified by genetic algorithm.Thirdly,the system was controlled by predictive functional control algorithm.The proposed method was applied in PH neutralization process.The simulation results show that the overshoot of the proposed method is smaller,and the tracking ability is better.
