摘    要:由于SCATS控制系统的检测信息不提供速度信息,很少用其估计城市道路的路段行程时间。鉴于SCATS应用的广泛性及其采集信息的丰富性,提出了一种基于SCATS信息的路段行程时间估计方法。对基于SCATS信息估计结果进行误差分析,并分析了浮动车样本量对GPS估计结果的影响,明确了两种估计方法在不同条件下估计结果的特性。根据估计结果的准确性和稳定性对实验样本进行分类。在分类的基础上,分析了以上两种估计结果的互补性,并选择合适的融合方法对二者进行了融合处理,融合前后的估计误差对比结果表明,提出的基于SCATS估计方法有效,经SCATS及GPS信息融合后的估计结果更可靠。

Abstract:To the traffic control system of SCATS,velocity information never be detected by loop detector in this system,and the SCATS data was rarely applied to estimate average link travel time.Based on the broad application of SCATS and abundant information provided by its loop detector,proposed an estimation method of average link travel time using SCATS data and did error analysis of the estimation results.The relationship between the estimated average link travel time based on GPS data and the simple size of floating car was analyzed,also.Understand the characteristics of the estimation results from the two methods and classified the experimental samples based on this characteristics.Analyzed and discussed two kinds of information on complementary,and selected appropriate fusion method to the above two data.Experimental results showed that the estimation method of link travel time based on SCATS data was effective,and the estimation results were more reliable after data fusion.
