管控一体化企业信息系统中SIS规划问题分析

把管控一体化作为构建企业整体信息系统的重要指标对提升信息化水平和企业管理水平十分必要。论述了为达到管控一体化目标，厂级监控信息系统(SIS)规划中应注意的问题和应达到的要求：SIS应纳入企业整体信息系统规划中，提供管理者和上层管理信息系统所需的动态指标和信息；SIS应按优化机组运行和服务于生产经营管理进行定位；SIS和分散控制系统(DCS)应进行网络一体化设计，并进行合理功能分配；把以提高经济性和管理效能为宗旨的指标管理作为贯穿系统设计的主线，连接系统各部分成为有机整体；按统一规划、分步实施和促进管理手段现代化原则合理规划SIS功能配置。

Analysis of SIS planning in management and control integrated information system

It is necessary to take management and control integration as an important index of information system for upgrading the corporate-wide information and management. This paper discussed the problems in SIS planning and design and proposed several related requirements for the purpose of realizing management and control integration. These requirements are as follows: taking SIS into account in the whole process of information system planning to provide all the required dynamic information for managers; positioning SIS in units optimization and serving for production, operation and management; integrating SIS and DCS network for an optimal system distribution; taking index management as a main topic for the whole system to realize the economical operation and efficient management; planning the modules configuration of SIS to realize management modernization step by step.
