鞍钢脱硫扒渣选铁后尾渣超细粉磨试验研究

摘    要:为使鞍钢脱硫扒渣选别后的尾矿能够用于代替部分水泥制备高强混凝土,采用普通球磨机和搅拌磨分别进行了脱硫扒渣尾渣的超细磨试验。通过条件实验,分别研究了普通球磨机和搅拌磨的球料比、矿浆浓度两个主要操作参数及磨矿时间对超细粉磨扒渣尾渣效果的影响规律,并分析了产生这种影响的原因。

Abstract:In order to use tailings of desulphurization and slag skimming to replace part of cement to make high-strength concrete,the ultrafine grinding of tailings of the slag was studied by using the ball mill and the stirred mill respectively.The influences of ratio of grinding media to material and pulp concentration of these two mills as well as the milling time on grinding effect were investigated by condition experiments.
