| 摘 要： | 旧房增层改造是一项新兴的产业，而轻钢结构体系可最大限度地减小加层荷载对原有结构的影响，具有显著的优势。文中介绍了轻钢增层结构的应用概况和研究进展，讨论了其中的关键问题，最后探讨了轻钢增层结构的进一步发展和应用前景。

| Abstract: | Adding new stories and strengthening old buildings is a new industry.The light gauge steel structure can efficiently minimize the influence of story adding loads and has many obvious advantages.The application and research are introduced and some key problems are discussed in this paper.Some predictions of further development and application prospect of light gauge steel in story adding structure are presnted in the last section. |
