摘    要:应用砂土模袋技术在软土地基上建造围堰 ,解决了热电厂取水口的关键技术。同时利用由Rowe法改进的实用设计方法和准凝聚力概念设计法来优化计算地基承载力和整体稳定性 ,保障了砂土模袋围堰施工的顺利实施 ,有效控制了地基的变形

Abstract:The critical technique of water intake for thermoelectric plant on soft foundation was invented by building soft fabric\|forms cofferdam.When evaluating loading to settlement and whole stability of foundation,the procedures of improved Rowe and quasi cohesion concept were used to indemnify the construction and effectively control the subbase deformation.
