双酚S的合成与分离

摘    要:以活性炭作催化剂、二氯苯与乙醇作混合有机溶剂、用浓硫酸直接磺化苯酚的方法制备工业级的双酚S.经正交实验和单因素优化得反应温度185℃~195℃,反应时间3~5h,苯酚与浓硫酸的摩尔比为1:2.1~3.0.活性炭用量2g~4g.用于萃取精制的混合二氯苯与乙醇有机溶剂可蒸馏回收.

Abstract:The industrial standard bisphenol S is synthesized by sulfonating phenol with concentrated sulphuric acid,using dichiorobenzene and ethanol as mixed organic solvent and activated carbon as catalyst.By orthogonal tests and single factor optimization,the technological conditions are determined with reaction temperature 185℃~195℃,reaction time 3h~5h,moles ratio of phenol and concentrated sulphuric acid 1:2.1~3.0 and quantity of activated carbon 2g~4g.The mixed organic solvent of dichlorobenzene and ethanol for extraction refinement can be recovered by distillation.
