高铁高锰矿井水水质特征及其净化机制

摘    要:以鹤壁煤业集团九矿和寺湾矿矿井水为例,对高铁高锰矿井水的水质特征及其净化机制进行了研究.分析表明,矿井水具有溶解氧丰富、高矿化度、高浊度的特征,矿井水的处理不需专门设曝气装置;采用混凝沉淀和过滤模型试验,考察了铁、锰的去除效果及滤料、滤速等对过滤出水水质的影响,结果表明:混凝沉淀对铁的去除率在90%以上,对锰的去除率仅达20%左右;以KMnO4溶液浸泡过的锰砂为滤料,过滤(滤速7~9 m/h)出水铁、锰含量均在0.1 mg/L以下,表明锰砂表面所形成的活性复合物质滤膜对锰的去除起到了关键性作用.

Abstract:The characteristics and treatment mechanism of mine water with high concentration of iron and manganese were studied with mine water produced in Jiukuang and Siwan in Hebi Coal Industry Group Co.,Ltd.The analysis results show that the mine water is abundant in dissolved oxygen,high-TDS and high-turbidity,so the mine water treatment does not need aeration.The removal effect of iron and manganese by coagulation-sedimentation and the influence of filter material and influent flow rate on effluent quality were investigated by the method of coagulation-sedimentation and filter model test.The results show that the removal rate of iron can reach to 90% on the stage of coagulation-sedimentation,while the manganese removal rate can only reach to about 20%.The effluent concentration of both iron and manganese is lower than 0.1 mg/L with filter material of manganese sand which was immersed in KMnO_4 solution under filtration rate of 7~9 m/h.The analysis results show that the layer of activated compound substance membrane formed on the surface of manganese sand has key function on the removal of manganese.
