摘    要:玻璃液在池窑内的流动状况与温度分布对玻璃生产起着决定性的作用。通过控制液流状况,可确保玻璃熔制的各个阶段(如配合料的熔化、玻璃液的澄清和降温)都能按正确的时序,在相应的窑池区域内进行。玻璃液流还承担着对配合料覆盖区域的热耗进行补偿的作

Abstract:On the basis of analysis, a two-dimensional mathematical model was established for simulating the flow and heat transfer of glass melt in electronic glass tank furnaces composed of melting tank, working tank and throat. The numerical simulating program was compiled by SIMPLER method. The temperature profiles and the velocityj profiles of the glass melt flow in a lealistic electronic glass tank furnace were calculated. The effect of the construotion of the glass tank furnace and technological factors such as maximum temperature and its position, melting temperature, length of the tank, height of the throat and so on, on refining process were classified and analyzed. The refining time of the glass melt was calculated. The influence of the construction of the glass tank furnace and technological factors on refining time and the glass production were analyzed. The quantitative results obtained are in good agreement with the production experiences, and they provide a theoretical basis for the design and operation of glass tank furnaces.
