圆柱直齿轮精锻成形毛坯体积的工程计算

摘    要:提出了一种齿轮横截面积的工程计算方法,与CAD法提出的齿轮横截面积精确算法的计算结果相比其相对误差不大于1%,公式简单,使用方便。通过此算法计算齿轮的体积,运用Pro/E软件构造齿轮实体,对计算结果进行校核,其相对误差也在1%以内。把此算法作为确定毛坯体积的依据进行了试验验证,经检测最终所得到的齿轮锻件几何尺寸满足要求。结果表明,此算法计算精度高,完全符合工程需要,是一种值得推广的工程算法。

Abstract:A kind of engineering method for calculating the gear cross sectional area was put forward.Comparing with the calculating result of the accurate method presented in CAD,the method is simple with less than 1% relative error.The gear volume was calculated through this algorithm and the gear solid was constructed by Pro/E software in order to check the outcome of above algorithm.The relative error was also less than 1%.On this basis,a series of experiment researches were carried out.The volume of billet was de...
