旅游企业文化建设途径浅探

摘    要:加强旅游企业文化建设,有利于旅游管理水平和经济效益的提高。培育企业价值观、弘扬企业精神和提高员工素质,是旅游企业文化建设的重要途径。价值观是企业文化的灵魂,其培育须抓好宣传教育、人格化示范、文化仪式设计等环节。企业精神是价值观的外化,须选择合适的表达方式,突出个性化,注重多渠道的传扬。造就高素质的企业人,是文化建设的落脚点,育人文化应坚持连续性和多样性.以不断增强旅游企业的综合竞争力。

Abstract:The strengthening of the construction of culture for tour corporation is propitious to boost tour management level and economy benefit. It' s a way to construct for the tour corporation . Culture, value concept is the soul of corporation culture. The cultirate need propagandize education, anthorpomor- phize demonstrattion, design culture ceremony etc. Corporation Pneuma is outside value concept so that we must choose appropriate expression to prominence the individuation, pay attention to propagandize from more channels, train high diathesis employees of profession for the culture construction, cultivate employee must keep the continuity and variety to boost up the strength for competition.
