新型水性环氧体系在防腐涂料中的应用前景

摘    要:
指出了旧的水性环氧涂料因成膜不佳和抗水性较差等弊病,影响了它在钢铁防腐中的应用。分析了造成这些问题的主要原因是乳化剂的乳化效率不高和易游离引起的。通过合成新型的乳化剂,改善了上述缺点,并将新的体系和溶剂型涂料作了对比,表明其防锈性能已可与溶剂型涂料媲美。最后,对水性环氧防腐涂料的发展进行了展望。

Abstract:
The article pointed out the old waterborne epoxy system is not applied in the steel anticorrosion,because of the poor film forming and water resistance.The main reasons for these problems is that the emulsifying efficiency of the emulsifier is not high and separated out easily.Now,through the use of newly synthesized emulsifiers to improve these shortcomings,and compared the new system and solvent based coatings.Corrosion resistance of the new system was found close to that of solvent based coatings.Finally...
