铝型材力学性能在新旧GB/T228标准规定的试验速率下的比较

摘    要:比较了GB/T2282002和GB/T228.1—2010规定的在测定各性能参量时的拉伸控制模式和试验速率,并对基材为6063T5的铝型材进行比对拉伸试验。通过对检测结果的分析,表明此类材料的规定塑性延伸强度RInz、抗拉强度R。和断后伸长率Asc的试验结果在新的试验条件下具有较好的可比性和延续性。

Abstract:The rate control modes and testing rate were compared based on GB/T 228-2002 and GB/T 228.1-2010 when determining tensile properties. A comparative tensile test on 6063T5 aluminum profiles was carried out, in which the analysis of experimental data showed that the three parameters of mechanical properties and As0 were of well comparable and endurable in the new testing conditions.
